The hotel is situated right next to the central station which is a plus point as I hate walking too far with my luggage. The staff is friendly and helpful, answering all our queries patiently. The breakfast had a good variety of bread and ham, which is suitable for a light breakfast.
My experience was not that great. I booked a double room and was informed upon arrival that the room was not available and I had to share a room with someone else.

The hotel's location was fantastic, being very close to Mitte station, only a 5-minute walk away. This made it incredibly convenient for our planned trip into Berlin. Additionally, we were able to leave our car in the parking and our bikes in a locked storage while we stayed in Berlin for the night. The staff at the hotel were excellent, providing us with exceptional service. They were incredibly helpful and pleasant throughout our stay.
It was all superb.

First of all, the location was spot on! Just a 5-minute walk from the train station which made it super easy to travel around town. Plus, the hotel offered bike rental which was a great way to explore the beautiful Christmas markets. the staff was always friendly and happy to help with any requests we had. the breakfast buffet was lovely, complete with freshly baked pastries and delicious jams. All in all, it was a great experience.
The room we stayed in was a bit outdated and could use some refreshing. the bathroom could have been cleaner and the bed was not very comfortable.

This hotel is conveniently situated right next to the bus terminal and train station, making it easily accessible. the staff here is exceptionally friendly and helpful, creating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with a nice touch of a bag of candies on the pillow. the breakfast buffet offers a decent selection, ensuring a satisfactory start to the day.
Some rooms may have shared bathrooms, which can be a bit uncomfortable for those who prefer more privacy.

The staff - excellent, helpful, pleasant. Location - 5 minutes from main railway station, perfect for our trip to Berlin. Parking - convenient option for leaving our car. Locked storage - secured storage for our bikes
